Terms & Conditions

đź“… Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

  • Clients must provide accurate property details (bedrooms, bathrooms, and any extras required).

đź’° Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are based on property size and the services quoted.

  • Full payment is due on the day of service, before cleaners commence work.

  • No upfront deposit is required.

🔑 Access to Property

  • Clients must ensure cleaners have access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • If access is not possible (e.g., no keys, no entry), a call-out fee may apply.

  • Access Responsibility
    The customer is responsible for ensuring the property is empty and accessible at the scheduled cleaning time. If areas are obstructed or inaccessible during the service, those areas may not be cleaned and may require a separate visit.

🏡 Reclean Request

  • Our service is designed to meet real estate/landlord requirements.

  • we need minimum 24hrs to 48hrs to schedule the reclean

  • If any cleaning issues are reported within 72 hours, we will return free of charge to fix them.

đźš« Exclusions

  • Areas outside the agreed package (unless booked as extras).

  • Permanent stains, pest infestations, or property damage.

  • Garage, balcony, blinds, carpet steam cleaning, or wall washing unless added as extras.

🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before booking may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.

⚖️ Liability

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage to property or fixtures.

    • Wear and tear beyond cleaning scope.

  • Clients should check the property condition report before and after cleaning.

  • Available at an additional cost (carpet steam cleaning, blinds, wall washing, pest control, etc.).
  • Must be requested at the time of booking.

Property Condition Disclaimer
Our cleaning service removes dirt, dust, grease and standard build-up. Some stains, permanent marks, mould damage, paint deterioration, and wear-and-tear may not be removable through cleaning alone.

Service Verification
Our team may take before and after photos of the property for quality control and documentation purposes.
